The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually the best option from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city. The Neighborhood: Our place looks out over Main Street, which is the center of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it! There is a restaurant underneath the complex that holds weekend events! Getting Around: Effortlessly traverse downtown Johnson City and its surroundings by strolling through local attractions and relying on the city's pedestrian-friendly infrastructure. For longer distances, opt for the convenience and flexibility of a car, making it easy to explore the area at your own pace. Our guests can walk to some of the best restaurants in the region and Pierre's Marketplace (Local Grocery Store) is right across the street! Walk to parks, breweries, shops, restaurants, and more! Other Things to Note: Since our place is in the heart of downtown, you'll definitely feel like you're close to everything! But of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it! PET INFORMATION: While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines. We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, and NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. The reviews and descriptions were 100% accurate. The location is right downtown, close to several nice restaurants and coffee shops. The room is a bit noisy as the party went on until about 2am Saturday night. You can hear it all until the police sent everyone home. The room was spotless and very roomy. The living room furniture isn’t the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in but ok. The only issue we had was a very very slow draining tub and a bit of light water pressure. Perfectly set up & had just enough things to make your stay comfortable. Interior design was gorgeous. Love her style. Although the living room furniture was cute, it wasn’t comfortable. Beds are really comfortable. It’s in a perfect location to everything in walking distance. The only draw back was that it was EXTREMELY NOISY AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT! Don’t come here on the weekends if you don’t want to hear a party going on. At 3 am my husband and I finally went to the 2nd bedroom away from the Main Street window and shut the door. It was a-shame. Because I love this rental! Shocked the cops don’t try to quiet this down a bit. I guess it’s college kids that are spilling out of the two bars across the street. ##### Sheri O. Stayed while we waited for our house to be completed. Space is very pleasant and has everything you would need. It is noisy from traffic and bars, but mostly just weekends. The sound machines by bed help greatly with that- ha! Parking on street during week can be a nightmare at times. Laundry expensive for us because we stayed over a month and it’s $3 per load to wash and dry, but it’s convenient down the hall. Very cozy little place and decorated nicely.
