This was a lovely apartment in an old 1932 building built by and for the telephone company. Centrally located, easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking (though it gets a bit crowded on Friday and Saturday) and a cute little wine bar ( they have charcuterie boards too) with so many sweet, friendly people! Chose this condo based on the pictures and the reviews. The condo was exactly as the pictures indicated. It was nice and clean and very quiet. I'm a light sleeper and never heard anything outside the condo. There are several restaurants within walking distance and some decent nightlife also. There's even a wine bar downstairs from the condo. The owner was a breeze to communicate with and quick to respond. I would recommend this condo if visiting the area. ##### David W. The only thing I wish I knew before was there was an opening in the wall between the bedroom and the living room.
