The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city. The Neighborhood: Our place is right in the heart of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it! There is a restaurant underneath the complex that holds weekend events! Other Things to Note: Since our place is in the heart of downtown, you'll definitely feel like you're close to everything! PET INFORMATION: While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines. We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, and NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. It is quite spacious and has a beautiful view off the French Balcony. Our only complaint is that we were told it is above a restaurant that has live music on Saturday night. We felt this wouldn't apply to us given we were there on Friday night.HOWEVER--there was a DJ Party on Friday night from 11PM to 3AM. We feel we should have been warned. ##### Steve E. The loft was nice and clean in an awesome location. Unfortunately the door to the lofts main hallway has been pried open before and anyone with a pocket knife or screw driver has easy access to get in walking straight off the street because the bottom door to the stairs stays propped open when the restaurant below the lofts is open for business. Also the shower water pressure is very weak and the hot water runs pretty fast. I can handle that but I don’t like that the listing says it sleeps 4 people. There’s a queen bed in the bedroom and an inflatable mattress for the living room. That’s misleading unless you’re a kid.
