The Space: This newly renovated 1 Bed 1 Bath apartment is located in the heart of Johnson City's recently revitalized downtown area. Cozy up on the couch and enjoy the space or explore the surrounding area. This loft is right above the Downtown Square Parking lot where there is usually plenty of parking. It is right across the street from restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, music venues, parks, shopping, and more! This is the perfect place to stay as you experience all that Johnson City has to offer! This apartment is filled with little extras and everything you need for a home-away-from-home. Our goal is to provide everything our guests need to feel right at home! Bathrooms are stocked with towels and hygiene products. The kitchen is stocked with everything one needs to cook a meal! Guest Access: Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC has a ton of free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city. The Neighborhood: Our place is right in the heart of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it! Getting Around: Effortlessly traverse downtown Johnson City and its surroundings by strolling through local attractions and relying on the city's pedestrian-friendly infrastructure. For longer distances, opt for the convenience and flexibility of a car, making it easy to explore the area at your own pace. Our guests can walk to some of the best restaurants in the region and Pierre's Marketplace (Local Grocery Store) is right across the street! Walk to parks, breweries, shops, restaurants, and more! Other Things to Note: PET INFORMATION: While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines. We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, and NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers. Renovation of interior is relatively new, but average quality, no windows and a cold feeling inside. The main issue is the environment in front of the building and especially in the rear where most available parking is found. The photos do not show the vacant buildings and the fact that there was little to no sense of security in this downtown area. Upon arrival, I took a look around the apartment, walked around a few blocks, and immediately wrote to the host explaining that I would not be staying. Of course, they offered no refund, see reply: "I talked and looked further into our cancellation policy and we are unable to refund due to the timeline of the cancellation and it not allowing us to be able to get anyone else into the property and we had it blocked off for your stay. We hope you understand and we would love to host you again sometime in the future!" I've now seen other negative reviews of this management company, and should have looked into this further before trusting the listing and losing $127 ##### Sydney R. The space was clean and in a great location to walk to restaurants. We had no issues with the place and would definitely stay again. Beats a hotel stay any day. ##### Julie N.
