Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf). Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage. There is also a hot tub for your enjoyment! Must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by an adult. Two hammocks by the river. Some of the best fishing on the Watauga river awaits! Photo shoots , parties , and events must be pre approved based on pricing and availability. Waterfront property with river frontage to walk, fish, relax and enjoy! We also are not allowed to have aggressive dog breeds on property. For example, not allowed to have Rottweiler, doberman, pit bull, German Shepard, etc. If you’re dog is questionable please ask us. There are kids around the property at different times and they can be easily intimidated. All dogs permissible must be kept on a leash. It is our policy that only guests with reservations may be on the property. This rule is set in place for the safety of all our guests staying on our property at Watauga River. This rule also keeps our property private, peaceful, and intimate for our guests. My husband stayed here for a week, and it was everything we were looking for. The house has been recently remodeled and was very clean -- comfy beds, wifi and tv! Situated right next to the river with kayaks to use. Getting into town was only about 10 minutes, yet this location was remote and private!
