"Staff were good. Rooms were clean. Very close to Montour Falls. Watkins Glen is like within 2miles. Good for the price"

"Staff was great, restaurant was great (at the one end of hotel but you can get there through the inside). Nice bar across from restaurant, prices were fair based on NY Finger Lakes Region. Plenty of on-site parking close by. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Exterior grounds were a little messy based on the seagulls (feathers and doodoo). Nice outdoor patio and seating by restaurant. Easy access to the main road and close by restaurants. Would definitely go back."

"Location, location, location! This property has a gorgeous view of the lake and is only a few minutes from the center of town. Our room was in one of the 2 lower buildings that anchor the fire pit area. We were on the second floor (can’t tell this from the road) and had a balcony with a door and screen door. Even though the room has great a/c we chose to sleep with the balcony door open (using the screen door) as the nights were cool and loved it. A few of us were having trouble getting the fire pits going and Rich was quick to come down and help us. (Tip: hold the button in for a bit.) One item of note: trucks use route 14 so you will hear trucks go by, either climbing the hill or going down. Not bothersome to us but thought I’d mention it."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel boasts a phenomenal view of Seneca Lake. Sitting in front of the massive, lush lawn while taking in the lake view was such a relaxing and peaceful experience. I booked the Garden View King Room, which was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and exceptionally quiet. A special shout-out to their breakfast—it was delicious and definitely worth trying! On a side note, I loved meeting Rocky, the hotel's resident dog. He is super cute and has a very cool personality! Highly recommended!"

"This is a great hotel on the lake at a reasonable price. Food choices are excellent. They have a live band every Wednesday night which is great. However, when we were there the band was heavy metal which I thought was unusual for a hotel on a lake-did not seem to appeal to many hotel guests, but locals came and enjoyed it. The pool is nice but is on the side of the hotel and it would be much nicer if you had a lake view from the pool."
