All designated roads are ATV, snowmobile and horse friendly. Bicycles available on site or bring your own. Kitchen includes most amenities including a Keurig coffee maker and air fryer; no dishwasher. Large, roomy living room with DVD player and Nintendo Wii for added convenience. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable especially the Futon and Master bed. Air conditioning was a wonderful luxury especially after being in the hot sun all day. Washer and Dryer were a great amenity after being away for a week. Easy access to near by Leonard Harrison State Park and Rails to Trails, as well as Wellsboro. ##### Annette D.
