"Staff was amazing and I don't want to give a poor review but I feel like it is important to tell people what happened while there. First of all the hotel is under renovations. I was not made aware until we arrived and saw it. Breakfast was good! The staff especially the manager are great and accommodating. The worst part of our trip was the parking. Within the first night of our stay my car was heavily vandalized in their "Secure" key opening garage that is underground. This is ran by Indigo parking company and they are wretched people to talk to. The garage door stays open for 55-60 seconds every time it opens. Also you don't need a key to get into the garage from inside the hotel, but you do need a key to drive in on the outside. My car had no valuables inside. I was parked in the first spot between a wall and another car. Whoever did the vandalism had intention to just hit my car and break things because they didn't take the few dollars I had in the middle console, or the bottle of medicine (antibiotics) or the Nike shoes and hoodie that were in a bag. They just beat my car with metal rebar and broke 2 windows out of the car. Now I know "you park at your own risk"....but I travel quite a bit and I am in large cities on a regular basis and I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING HAPPEN TO MY CAR. Especially parking underground attached to the hotel in a secure garage....This has become a nightmare and ruined part of the trip. "
