"We want to thank everyone at One King West hotel for a truly excellent experience. Customer service was fantastic, room was clean and the view was amazing. I really appreciate the effort put into the rose petals and note that was left for my girlfriend. When we come back to Toronto we will definitely be returning to One King West"

"Well, in order to get a reasonable hotel rate, we had to be 10 kms. from our venue. Everything downtown was a minimum of $700. a night ! Absurd. The hotel was fine but it was showing its age. ( built in 1970 ) Oh yeah....there is no reason to charge $22. for a glass of wine. Just saying."
