Beautiful room! This hotel is so quiet, and every small detail is attended to like the wave of a magic wand. Fresh flowers are in every room and table. There are a choice of three hotel made epson salts (rosemary, lavender, and eucalyptus) to enjoy is an oversized tub. The rooms feature heated bathroom floors, and trail mix is left for a nightly snack when they close the curtains and ready the room for the night. Room was spacious and view of Toronto fantastic, surrounding area safe and close to thing's we we're interested in.

Staff were terrific. They upgraded our daughter’s room at no extra cost because it was her birthday and then upgraded our room as well. Thank you Raylin Sales at the reception desk. Exceptional customer service.

We liked that it was so central, Rogers Center was only an 8 minute walk away as well as the CN Tower. Everything we wanted to see and do was an easy walk. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast offered a good variety of food.

Points forts: Très belle chambre, confortable, personnel courtois. Points faibles: Longue attente aux ascenseurs. Alors que nous avions quitté la chambre pour la journée, le ménage n’a été effectué qu’à 17 heures. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir nous changer pour la soirée, mais ça n’a pas été possible.

Great Staff… easy check in. Complimentary Full Breakfast and every night there is 2 free cocktails with plenty of snacks included with your hotel stay between 5-7pm plus you can stay for dinner as they have a great variety of food to chose from. So many extras make the stay the best choice in the area. Been back 3 times already. Best value for what you pay and what you get😎

This is a lovely boutique hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately the restaurant is not open at the moment for breakfast. Possibly COVID related. The rooms are clean, quite modern, although a bit dark. Would definitely stay here again. They also have EV chargers available.
