"We had a room with 2 queen beds, and we’re only given 1 towel for 3 of us. We received others that were covered in orange dirt. Being a pet friendly hotel, they didn’t chafe the sheets as there was black dog hair all over the top and inside the sheets. And my daughter found 3 black bugs on her pillow, alive! Their free, complementary breakfast consisted of coffee with grounds, no hot water tor tea, and bread to toast! Absolutely a terrible place to stay!!!"

"Horrible neighbor. I checked into the hotel at 4pm to my surprise the hotel was old and out dated and a dirty appearance.lobby reeked of cigarettes, the breakfast food was displayed in the eating area day before. My room smelled of cigarettes and the AC did not work. HORRIBLE."

"Staff were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t include breakfast for a fee next time because it’s very restrictive. Parking is convenient and safe but is an additional hefty fee. Location is ideal for walking to everything around Armory Square."

"Every staff member we encountered was super nice. The place was very clean, however, it needs a major "face lift." Holes in the wall, dripping faucets, craters the n the parking lot... Ample choices for breakfast. Eggs and sausage were cold though."
