« On the outside this motel is falling apart, but the room was really nice inside, and I would return! »

« Upon arrival the clerk was nice and helpful. Only after taking my card, and completing my booking, they informed me the electronic key card system for the room doors was not working. They told me not to worry, and that they had a "backup" key card to get into the room. The problem is that the "backup" key only unlocked the door the first time it was used, and then the door stayed unlocked....for good. Which would be fine, if we'd have stayed in our room for the rest of the night, but we wanted...

« The room was reasonably clean but shabby with discolored carpeting and no blankets for the bed. My wife got cold at night. Bathroom was nicest part of room as remodeled more recently than elsewhere. Dodgy clientele near us with some late night arguments and door banging. »

« Breakfast menu was repetitive and The stay was overall good, but the bathroom design was inconvenient. The shower did not have a proper door or barrier to keep the water contained, so water would spill all over the bathroom floor after every shower. It made the bathroom messy and slippery. »

« There was nowhere in the hotel to get cold water, other than bar. Which is not always opened, nowhere to get ice either. No shower door, which was odd. The the ceiling was rough concrete, but not in a chic industrial way, in a - it was never completed way. Didn’t realize how tiny room was. I had asked for staff to fix a light that didn’t work on arrival, said they would, they did not. The bed was comfy, and the lounge areas were beautiful and fun! « The rooms were fine and the location of the hotel is great. There is no included breakfast and even though there is a legitimate restaurant, it's really expensive and not very good. Parking is extra ($30/day) and the room with city views have extra charges not on Expedia so you get double charged. Just a mediocre hotel in a good spot. »

« La chambre etais impeccable. Le personnel tres professionel. Tres belle hotel pour le prix. Le seul bémole etais qu'il n'y avait pas de café le matin .ni dans la chambre ,ni dans l'espace acceuil. Sinon j'aurrais mis un 5 etoiles »
