The bedding was outdated and although it wasn't, I couldn't help shake the feeling that it felt sticky. I needed somewhere last minute and it served its purpose. I would only feel comfortable staying solo, as opposed to having my family stay. Another guest adjacent to my room was yelling and cursing all night, possibly on drugs of some kind, and the surrounding night-life was questionable.
