« The street noise was alittle loud on Saturday night, due to cars and train noise. We were in the back side of the property. »

« The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on. »

« Business stay here on the last day. Easy access to the airport via surface routes rather than the freeway hassle. Hotel is pleasant and staff is nice. There is self-parking and ballet-parking, both for a fee. »

« Nous etions de passage à portland , en route vers le mont rainier. L'hotel est bien placé. Les chambres grandes. Un restaurant juste à cote de l'hôtel. Un bon hôtel d'étape. »

« My family and I arrived there late aftee a long day of being in the airport hoping to get a good shower and decent sleep. When we arrived I surveyed the room and immediately noticed the "renovations" weren't much more than the signature wallpaper and classic Courtyard furniture. The bathrooms specifically were quite disgusting! The guy that checked us in tried his best to rectify my discovery of a dirty tub with hair and stains, by moving us to another room. I asked to inspect this new room...

« The floor is not clean properly, there are couple of spots very sticky, I guess previous customer spilled some beverage. »

« Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee. »

« On the outside this motel is falling apart, but the room was really nice inside, and I would return! »

« In you are staying for 2 nights your room is not cleaned every day. Definitely get the valet parking as it’s very hard to find parking »
