Hollywood Theater, Portland : hôtels à proximité

« Upon arrival the clerk was nice and helpful. Only after taking my card, and completing my booking, they informed me the electronic key card system for the room doors was not working. They told me not to worry, and that they had a "backup" key card to get into the room. The problem is that the "backup" key only unlocked the door the first time it was used, and then the door stayed unlocked....for good. Which would be fine, if we'd have stayed in our room for the rest of the night, but we wanted...

« We stayed two nights, the day between, housekeeping didn't touch the room. Room had a SINGLE trashcan that the three of us (me, and two other people) filled over the course of a day and a half. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, bed sheets had weird stains on them and were not completely dry when put on the bed, when we arrived at about 1030pm and climbed in bed, you could tell the sheets were still semi wet, which wasn't the end of the world because we were exhausted after...

« Tres bon emplacement a Portland, possibilité d’être à pied en hyper centre, personnel très efficace, pas de petit déjeuner, mais un excellent café et des cookies frais dans le séjour de l’hôtel le matin ! Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Portland. À noter : en restant 2 nuits, pas de service de chambre le deuxième jour, ce qui est un peu dommage..sans changer le linge, vider les poubelles et remettre de l’eau et du café aurait été parfait ! »
