"This condo is as advertised and more!!! I chose it because of the porch swinging chairs and spent each morning on one, drinking coffee and watching & listening to the waves crash. The beach is just a minute walk away. The condo has everything you need. Food marts and places to eat within a 5 minute drive. We will definitely book here again!!!"

"For a one night stay it was okay. Yes it's walking distance to the beach/ocean , which made it super convenient but the studio we stayed in was " updated" per employee but it was still run-down. Make sure to bring your own water bottles. Stove only had 2 /4 burners operable and there was zero cookware. The beds and blankets were very soft and comfortable. I personally would not stay there again. "

"They say in Real Estate the three important aspects is Location, Location, Location and this is also true in Vacation Rentals.This Beach House is huge on the inside. Although we only slept 8 people, there was room for twice as many. It’s like having 2 apartments with a shared kitchen and dining room. The whole place was super clean and everything was functional. Very tastefully decorated that had a great Beach feel to it.The elevator was wonderful for bringing everything in and taking it all back out when leaving No carrying luggage and such up 3 flights of stairs. This was a major added bonus!The Hot Tub was another nice touch. Easy to operate and the perfect way to end the day.All of this was great, but the service and communication with January at 979, the Company that operates the Property really made the entire experience exceptional.We had a self-inflicted issue after leaving Sunday morning.I reached out to January via text and figured I would hear back from her Monday during normal business hours as it was trivial.She got back with me within 15 minutes, had already contacted the Property Owners and resolved the issue. I have never received that quick of a response from a Management Company let alone on Sunday morning.Thank you January!I feel the biggest plus you can leave in a Review is whether of not you will use the Product or Service again.We will be staying at this property again in the future."

"Great Experience! Fabulous house, the lagoon next to the property was awesome, loved the sounds of waves on one side and wildlife on the other. The beds here were the best I have experience in a rental. Had all the things for children ready to go. Also has cleaning supplies if you need them. Which with kids it's great to have a broom and mop, etc. available I would highly recommend. "

"Had a good stay since the weather cooperated. Sheet and mattress cover was dirty. The shower curtain liner was stained & dirty needed to be replaced before we could use the shower. We had to call three times to get any service. The picnic table was tilted & they tried to add screws but the table was skewed and we couldn't even put anything on it. The plastic chairs on the deck were a hazard because of the broken and sharp edges. We were short on utensils for cooking and dinner wear for eating. there were no hangars for our clothes and we didn't know to bring our own. we needed a second blanket. we were in sea turtle number two this time. it was the second time we've been at this location. We were charged for cleaning but didn't get that service until we called and asked for it. why it there such a high host fee. It seems like it is a rip off because there really wasn't a host service."
