"We had a great stay! We had four families consisting of kids, parents, and grandparents. The house was clean and well-stocked. It had everything we needed. Each family had their own bathroom which was really nice. The sleeping arrangements were perfect with a mix of beds and bunkbeds. We really appreciated having direct access to the beach with the walkover just feet from the house. We all enjoyed hanging out on the porch in the mornings and evenings. Plenty of room and chairs. The host really thought of everything and did a great job. The host also was super responsive. We had a situation in the kitchen our first day but the host answered our phone call, was friendly and had the issue resolved very quickly. A pleasure to work with. This house will for sure be at the top of our list the next time we want to stay in Surfside."

"Great place to stay with a large family. House was great in everyway. Kitchen was well equipped and the kids loved the media room. Only draw back is it’s a public beach, so if you’re staying for the weekend, I would recommend getting to the beach by 9 to secure you a place in front of the house. Would definitely stay here again! "The house was nice, met all our needs. The wifi didn't work (the POC never called back), but we didn't worry about it since we spent 85% of our time at the beach. You have a view of the Gulf, from the balcony, which was great to start each day. Its 2nd row, and so close to the beach. There was plenty of towels, dishes, small appliances for our needs. 2 fridges, and 2 microwaves.The master bed and guest bed/queen are very comfortable, my boys said the bunk beds were not the most comfortable, but they seemed to sleep fine after long days innthe water. Living room furniture was comfortably and met all our needs. There are loose and cracked tiles in the main room and hall. We all had fun withbthe foss ball/mini pool table. We definitely appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off. (It's not private, so no full showers in it). But it helped cut down on how much sand we brought inside! Therw are 2 balconies. We mostly used the front one, but all went out to the back one a couple times. We would definitely stay again if we have the same amount of people come with us next time!!
