« This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The free breakfast was terrible—I couldn’t find anything worth eating and ended up eating breakfast elsewhere every day. The room was in very poor condition. It felt dirty, the bed had a bad odor, and there were stains all over the mattress and bedding. I took pictures of the stains as evidence because the condition of the room was unacceptable. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. I would not stay here again...

« The room was nice and clean. Not fancy but comfortable. The price was decent. The only complaint is that the office/lobby had an awful smell to it. AC worked perfect. The kitchenette was nice to have in the room. The staff was a little slow at coming to the front desk and answering the phone. »

« Nice hotel. Only issue occurred when we tried to order breakfast. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our order, we gave up and went somewhere else for breakfast. »

« This is the worst motel I've ever seen. It is filthy, peeling paint all over, lewd graffiti on the walls inside the room, dirty stained mattress, exposed wiring, rusting furniture, broken door handles, filthy damaged curtains. A significant number of the rooms are completely empty with the windows wide open. Some of the rooms with open windows are full of stacks of old mattresses. It looks like an abandoned motel from a zombie movie. »

« I had issues with getting into my room with the card and had that changed out 3 times. Noticed the floors were not clean and found a dead cockroach under the sink. The following day room was restocked with towels but noticed they didn’t clean the room because the roach was still there and floors were still nasty. On top of that there was no breakfast, they only had waffles and coffee. They definitely made their images look really good but in reality wasn’t not great!!! »

« My only complaint is that we stayed a total of 5 nights, 4 people. We had 3 towels, no bedding for couch. Asked for bedding. Then never even got a touch up clean while there. No towels offered arc. I ended up piling all our trash outside the door multiple times, towels etc. I went down to janitor room and asked for more. Said she’d be down later. Never happened so I went back to janitor room and got towels, blankets, toilet paper since we were out and trash bags. I get it . Hotel doesn’t clean...

« -The manager was awful and had the worst customer service -We waited in line for 45 minutes at check in. There was only 1 other person in front of us. -I had called previously to verify the pet policy and the security deposit, but was not able to get ahold of anyone. -He claimed that he was unable to view my information in the system and made me repeat all my information. I stated that something must be wrong with his system because I had never had this problem before. He then began to argue...

« WARNING DO NOT BOOK !!! ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE the staff does not care all! I usually stay at studio and motel 6 locations in Houston but this stay was by far the worst! Roaches in the bathroom roaches in the sink roaches in the kitchen area roaches in the living area roaches on the bed they’re absolutely everywhere!! do not stay at this hotel. There’s other locations around the same affordable pricing and cleaner.!!!!! »
