"Very bad experience. I booked this based on the expedia reviews and hotel photos, but it was definitely not the experience I got. Our booking was 6 nights. The pictures are all glammed, in reality the hotel and room is dated and unmaintained with scuffs/marks/stains throughout the hotel and rooms on the furniture and walls/surfaces. The check-in was a bad experience, we arrived late and found no amenities (shampoo, soap, conditioner) which were required after a long flight. I went to front desk and the man there said they ran out and are not getting delivery till tomorrow. We didn't get ANY amenities at all till the 3rd day and I had to go next morning to buy them from the local grocery store. The towels also were limited, and on the 2nd and 3rd days, housekeeping removed all the towels and didn't put ANY fresh ones in, how to shower? Went to front desk again, and response again was they ran out, I became upset after which they magically found a few. Housekeeping was not upto par as they never vacuumed crumbs etc that were there from before, and also never replaced any bedsheets, just made up the existing ones, plus 2 days for no reason there was no housekeeping at all. The room itself was highly unfunctional, no hooks anywhere in the bathroom, and only 1 working drawer with another 3 sealed shut for no reason, and they also did not provide ANY hangers for the coat rack despite asking every day. No desk or chair either for work. Will NEVER stay here ever again."

"Sadly, this hotel is not aging well, nor keeping it’s once good standards. The bathroom toilet was dirty upon check-in. Bath towels were dirty, in-room menu falling apart, carpet heavily stained,etc. The mandatory valet parking for $50 per night is absolutely ridiculous. It’s pretty obvious that the owner of this hotel does not care about this hotel as a long term investment, and might be bleeding money, thus trying to recoup somewhere, like parking. It used to be free self-park. Staff hit or miss but clearly lots of turnover. "

"Very nice 2-month-old property. Eazy to find, very clean, spacious rooms. Air conditioner was good and strong. No humidity in the room. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed was big and spacious and clean. It was too soft for my old back and i did not rest well. Other than that, everthing was perfect."
