"This place is incredible from the moment you arrive. The offices are spotless and the service is superb; they explain everything in detail, and your pets love them. Our dog was very welcome. All the facilities are meticulously maintained, including the awnings and chairs on the beach. Now, let me tell you about the room: it's incredible, spotless, the king-size bed is super comfortable, and the sofa bed is just as comfortable. The kitchen utensils, a small stove, a refrigerator—everything, absolutely everything, was amazing. Make this decision, and you'll never regret it. We'll be coming back again and again..."

"The house was perfect for my me and husband and two small dogs. We stayed two nights. The fenced yard was wonderful for them, complete with a fixed dispenser for dog poop bags! The a/c stayed nice and cold, even in the TX summer. The beach is so close! It was busy when we got there on Sunday night, but barely anyone there on Monday and Tuesday. Yay! And no jellyfish at all, even though August is supposed to be their peak month. Place was clean and cute, and suited our needs. It's not highly decorated, so think more simple stay than super nice getaway. We couldn't get the dishwasher to start upon leaving, but we texted Kev so that he knew we tried, and he said he'd have the cleaning people check it. Small things like the microwave not being able to open fully (too close to the refrigerator), dishwasher not starting, tub spout loose, and absence of washcloths are things that my detail eye noticed that brought it down from fancy place to nice, simple place. But the thing that knocked off a star was the water quality. It was stinky and slightly yellow-tinted. I'm sure water quality is hard to manage on the beach, and what comes into the house is what comes out in the faucets. But you definitely need to bring water bottles for drinking...and plenty of them if it's hot outside! Showering in it was still fine, and our dogs drank it until we got more bottled water. Upper deck is amazing! Know that the full-window door doesn't have blinds, so you're visible to neighbors walking past."

"The location was great but condo needed a little maintenance. The shower knob was very loose and almost coming off. Towel rack was broken and shower curtain liner needed to be replaced. Parking was not ideal. For 7 condos, there were not enough spots.Excellent ocean view though Was a good quick trip !"
