"This house has it all! Perfect location, exquisite decor, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and more, plenty of high quality towels and linens, beach gear, and much more! The house was very clean, and had a vacuum to pick up any sand that may have been tracked in. The elevator made unloading and loading a breeze, and came in very handy for our elderly guests. Rhonda was very attentive, even going over all the perks the house had to offer when we arrived. We really hated to leave, but will definitely be retuning to this lovely house again! Thank you again, Rhonda, everything was great!"

"The Seaside Cottage is a lovely little house on the beach. The view is fabulous and there is nice seating on the porch. The house has a well stocked kitchen, living room with a large TV and games and a washer & dryer.There are two things to keep in mind. The top deck has a railing with wood posts and wires running horizontally. If you have children or pets, this could be of concern. Also, the stairs are steep and some are slightly slanted so it's a bit difficult for the elderly or anyone with an injury. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a fantastic time at Coastal Soul over Labor Day Weekend. The host is very responsive even before finalizing our booking. We traveled with six adults, two young children (4 months, 1 year) and three dogs (2 small dogs, 1 ESA). The house was clean and had all of the essentials plus more. The house is on the side of the main road that faces the beach so you have a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. There is no direct walking access from the house to the beach but the public beach access is only a few minute walk and you can drive your car directly on the beach with no permit needed. A couple of things we noticed- the coffee pods were all decaf so we made a trip to Culture Coffee in the mornings for our caffeine fix. The couch in the living room facing the TV is a bit uncomfortable. There are no full length mirrors in the house. Bring your own drinking water since drinkable water is limited. And don’t be surprised to see yellow water in the toilet bowls. Aside from those little details everything else was great. Perfect weekend getaway with your family, friends, young children, and pets! Beautiful ocean views. Relaxing and easy to access location."
