All the restaurants were close, just a quick golf cart ride away on the little sidewalks. The house was clean and it was a HUGE plus that the water in the kitchen sink had a filter so you could drink it. Having a fenced in yard with kids was also a big plus for us! The house was absolutely spotless upon arrival. Everything was just as advertised. The beach was just a tiny walk from the house. The golf cart was awesome and such a great addition for our time there. We really liked the jetty park and beach area. The jetty is just a short golf cart ride away. We enjoyed the ship traffic that passes thru there and there are a lot of people fishing there. We enjoyed doing some crabbing while in the area. We never caught a crab big enough to keep but boy we sure had a lot of fun trying. The restaurants in the area had good food for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back to the surfside area next year and will be renting from the Britt family again just not sure which of their beautiful houses we will choose. ##### James R. I can't say enough on how awesome the host and the home was. The host was so responsive and commuication was exceptional! And the house was perfect - a 2 minute walk to the water, clean, a great space to relax and the beds were comfy too. We rented a golf cart through the host as well which was the perfect addition. The kitchen was great for cooking meals with family and playing lots of games. Wonderful to sit on the deck with coffee in the morning and just a short walk to the beach.
