We contacted the owner and they were very responsive in the beginning and asked us to try a few things that did not work. We had to go that night and buy ice and wait till the next day to address the issue. We were informed that a new fridge was going to be delivered. We were at the beach with the kids and had to leave to go and meet the delivery driver. I feel that was something that should have been handled by a property manager or the owner. We waited for the delivery to arrive and be installed and then returned to the beach. After speaking with the owner before the issue, we were never contacted by them to assure everything was ok, thank us for leaving the beach to meet the driver, NOTHING! We would have appreciated some kind of contact after. I sent an email to address this after our return. After waiting 3 days we have not heard anything from them. Also, the house was pretty clean except for the floors. It seemed it had not been mopped in several weeks. ##### Terry K.
