in this cozy end unit. Tastefully appointed decor in neutral colors ;
fully equipped kitchen; electric fireplace in living room; 2 decks -located off living room and bedroom.

Location: Ideal for sports enthusiasts who enjoy winter and summer
sports. Ideal for walking to town (a few blocks) to indulge in the fine restaurants and shops.

Skiers: Ski to River Run chairlift or gondola or walk to enjoy world class skiing on Bald Mountain.

Specifics:
- Master bedroom has a brand new Cal King bed; reading lights
next to bed; smart TV; closet with dresser drawers/shelves;
radiant heated floor.

- Fully equipped kitchen offering brand new appliances and well
stocked with cooking accessories (including spices; coffee; sugar)
recessed lighting with adjustable lighting and open to the living
area. Large island with bar seating for a breakfast or lunch with
additional dining room table located in dining area (seats up to 6).

- Large walk-in stone tile shower with a multi function shower head;
has a large vanity with a lot of storage. Entire bathroom is tiled
floor to ceiling and has radiant floor heating for those cold months.

Two weeks in March 2024
The condo was a great location and size for 2 people looking to ski, snowshoe, and walking to town for shopping and restaurants. It was clean and very well stocked in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Nice to have herbs, seasonings, and plenty of dishes and pans provided for cooking. We did have to get out to move our truck at 7am for the snowplow, but it was worth it to have easy parking so close to our front door. We loved the walking trail being so close (and groomed). It was the easiest, safest way to walk to town because there aren’t sidewalks everywhere.

Ideal Ski Base
We’ve been to Ketchum for a month each of the last four years and this is easily our favorite place. The condo is beautifully designed and in the perfect location, a short walk to the lifts and easy walk downtown. Communication was excellent and everything was exactly as described.

Ideal location
The condo was clean, modern and well appointed. Greg was very responsive and went above and beyond with specific requests. The location is ideal. We could ski from the condo doors to the bridge at the base of River Run where we would hop on the gondola. It’s an easy quarter mile along the river path next to Penney’s. Downtown Ketchum is an easy half mile walk from the condo so we didn’t even rent a car. I would stay here again for sure.

Perfect location
This condo was in the perfect location to walk to Bald Mountain or downtown Ketchum. It was clean and updated throughout so it was comfortable for our family. Great stay for our first time at Sun Valley.

The king bed was the star of the show.
This is a nicely furnished little condo in condoville Ketchum. The king bed was so very comfortable. Wanted to bring it home. Good kitchen and bathroom. It works for two people. We evidently had a family of six elephants above us for the weekend. That made peace at night difficult. The condo is on the bottom story of the unit and there seems to be one piece of plywood between it and the unit above. So lack of privacy was an issue. But it is what it is. First floor condo. Good location to get to town and onto the bike trail. The tv in the den maybe needs batteries in the remote. We couldnt make it unmute or change channels. We had to use the tv in the bedroom which worked fine.

Great location!
This property was exactly as advertised and spotless when we arrived! It had everything that we needed and more during our stay! It’s close enough to town to walk to shops and restaurants and there is a walking trail extremely close if you like a morning walk! We decided to cook and eat in for 2 meals and the kitchen was completely stocked with all the cooking utensils that we needed! Great little sitting area out from And on the back porch. Would definitely stay here and again and recommend to anyone!

Perfect condo near bike trails
The condo is modern and clean. Perfect for thec two of us. The bike trail is literally 100 feet from the front door. Quiet neighborhood. The only complaint is the bed is worn out. We slept like tacos. We even turned the mattress around trying to get a level spot. Didn't work. The owner really needs to replace it. Otherwise it's a great place.

Great location for summer fun
Had a great stay at Greg’s Sun Valley place. Newly remodeled and has everything you need for a wonderful get away. Located right by the Sun Valley trail system, on a quiet street, and minutes from Downtown Ketchum. Host was very responsive and the place was easy to find and get access after a long day of driving.
