Nestled along the 15th fairway of the golf course on Orient Ridge, this charming home offers stunning views of Mount Morrisey, the valley and even Tod Mountain. This cozy unit is ready to host you, your friends and/or family, it's an ideal retreat for your next getaway.  
  
This unit offers prime access to the slopes, with a short ski to the Orient Chairlift, East Village Center, and Morrisey Chairlifts. Enjoy the convenience of ski-in/ski-out access and a brief walk to the Nordic and snowshoe trails, making it the perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts.  
  
This unit features an open-concept eat-in kitchen and living room, designed to maximize space and take in the breathtaking views through large glass double doors. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the cookware and dishware essentials, along with a spacious breakfast bar that comfortably seats four. The cozy living room is anchored by a large flat-screen TV and a stunning gas fireplace, creating the perfect spot to relax and unwind and can comfortably seat 5.

Ski-in:  
To ski-in you can take the East Village Ski Way, follow it until you have a fork in the run, turn right at the fork to be on Orient Return towards Powder Heights. Continue following until you see the sign and ski in trail for Powder Heights Complex, take that trail and it will put you across the street from your unit.  
Ski-out:  
To ski-out walk to the West end of the complex, you will be back on the Powder Heights ski in-out trail, which will take you to the Orient chairlift. You will also have easy access to the Morrisey & Orient Chairlift.  
  
Walking:  
Village Centre Shops, Restaurants, and Cafes 19-22 minutes  
Village Day Lodge 23-26 minutes  
Skating Rink 17-20 minutes  
  
In-Resort Shuttle:  
In the winter season ONLY, Sun Peaks Resort provides a complimentary shuttle service that offers transportation in and out of the village, with pick-up/drop-off locations conveniently accessible to all condo complexes. For more details please visit the Sun Peaks Resort website.
