    Well located and comfortable
    The apartment is very conveniently located in the Fireside Lodge building in the heart of Sun Peaks village, ski-out and ski-in and near all shops and restaurants. It has a nice south-facing outlook from the living room and bedroom, and is relatively quiet because it is at one end of the building. We found it to be very comfortable for 2 people, but think it would be less suitable for 3 or 4 people because the sofa bed would be uncomfortable to sleep on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Could be a great experience
    We stayed at 204. The place of the building and building is great. But… Room was literal above the hottub and it was noisy multiple times a day because of the people using it. I guess some sort of generator was also working for the hottub or something else but was making the annoying noise that was extra annoying during night. You could feel the vibration even. Provided code to hottub didn’t work. We called the provided phone for support but we didn’t get the help they didn’t know the code. Overall the place was ok. It’s just these things were annoying, especially the fact it was above the hottub. I know I sound negative, but overall it’s a good place. We WOULD stay in this building but in another room.

    Unit is well used, needs new furniture (worn and tattered). King bed very uncomfortable. Unit lacks adequate ighting, especially in bedroom. Unit was well stocked with all amenities. Very clean overall.

    Place was perfect for what was needed. Only complaints would be bed was very uncomfortable and a tour bus idling outside window at 5:20am. Besides that was lovey place to stay.
