"Waterfront access to government street"

"Room was pretty gross. At first I thought it was just run down and could use a new coat of paint but on closer inspection there was dirt/debris on the floors, hair in the shower and bathroom floor, toilet wasn’t clean, sink wasn’t clean, old potato chips on the floor and on the shelf above the fridge, holes in the walls like fists, smeared Oily stuff on the tv screen, stains on the walls and floors. I didn’t want to take my shoes off because the floors looked so disgusting, the room smelled like stale fabreeze. The only good thing was that the king sized bedsheets actually looked and seemed clean and the air conditioning worked and helped clear out the gross stale febreeze smell. I do not recommend this place. The photos of the room on the website are misleading, the room we got was nothing like the photos. "

"The bed and bathroom were clean but the hotel is old, tired and needs work. The walls are quite thin and you can here your neighbours and any activity in the hallway."

"Beautiful view from our room. Breakfast space is very small- only 2 tables but has trays and covers to take breakfast back to room. Very convenient to downtown Sidney and a grocery store right across the street. Loved the little deck with table and chairs right outside our room. "

"A beautiful, quaint inn that was comfortable and enjoyable. It’s a beautiful property!"

"Clean and comfy hotel. The staff is wonderful and breakfast is ok. However the doorknob to the bathroom fell off of our friend’s door while he was in the bathroom and was locked inside for an hour and the fans/AC units are really loud so maybe bring earplugs or noise canceling headphones. But otherwise a good stay."
