Check in was very helpful but a very steep set of stairs to get to the tiny room. Touring several provinces and a couple of basic supplies needed to be kept cold. Website indicated refrigerator but none in the room. Maybe a bigger room had one. Staff were able to assist with an ice bucket. Stevenston is a very lovely area with very high foot traffic on weekends so the hotel is right where everyone wants to be so ideal for that but not value for money for me. Staff were great.
