"Great place, good location and very friendly staff"

"Great stay and great staff. Rooms were a bit noisy as you can hear sounds from the hallway and other adjacent rooms. Besides that, only complaint is they didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room and housekeeping ended up walking in on me while I was asleep, they do start cleaning quite early. Room looked like pictures and hotel was unique. If you’re a younger traveler, the hotel caters more to an older crowd but the experience was still wonderful. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff actually came out to our car to greet us and took our luggage directly to the room. We were welcomed very warmly. The staff all spoke perfect English, which I certainly don't expect when I travel abroad but it makes the stay much easier. We had a wonderful dinner and their restaurant that night and the second night we ate at a restaurant day recommended it was also excellent. We didn't lift a finger. The staff arranged for us to take a boat out on the lake, answered all of our questions, they really went above and beyond. We're going back next year and staying in the same hotel. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them an 11!"

"We stayed for 3 nights and were very happy. We booked a double room, but were upgraded to a triple. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Buffet breakfast every day had a choice for every taste with homemade delicious cakes to finish. The hotel is located only 5 min walk to the lake and ferry terminal and a beautiful 20 min coastal walk to the down town Stresa which was very convenient."

"What a fabulous hotel! A quiet and relaxing oasis on a beautiful lake. And the staff, particularly Julia at the front desk are extremely welcoming and helpful!!!! Loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and looking at lake or from sky view lounge on roof!!"

"Our family of four (including two large teenagers) shared a quadruple room for two nights. While the room was small and basic and the breakfast was ample but simple, the value was outstanding. The room was clean with a lovely view from the balcony and the location is outstanding. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."
