The apartment is completely overlooking Lake Maggiore from the balcony of the living room the view also extends the Borromean Islands. It 'just a Someraro, a small town above Stresa, quiet and relaxing. It 'very bright, with an east-west orientation. The apartment has 4 beds and is composed of an entrance hall, a dining area with an open kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The view over the lake Maggiore is one of the most beautiful and complete to be found anywhere in the area. The accommodation is located on the third floor of an early twentieth century house whose thick walls ensure a pleasantly cool even in the summer months. The living room has a balcony facing the lake and a second balcony that opens to the bedroom and dining area with kitchen. From March 2019, the apartment has a parking space reserved for guests. The owner often deals with welcoming guests; in his absence there is a dedicated person. In the same building there is another unit with 5 beds. It is composed of an entrance, a dining area with open kitchen and living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom. Nur über schmale Straßen zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Bei den vielen Sonnenstunden in Italien hätte ich eine Solarnutzung erwartet. Stattdessen musste der Gasverbrauch für die Warmwasserbereitung separat vor Ort bezahlt werden. Das stand vorher nirgendwo. Deshalb nur 4 von 5 Sternen. ##### Frank W. L’alloggio si trova all'ultimo piano della casa (senza ascensore) a Someraro e ha una splendida vista sul Lago Maggiore e su Stresa. L'appartamento è una casa vacanza confortevole. L'area è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Ci sono un paio di ristoranti locali nelle vicinanze. Roberto e la sua famiglia sono molto gentili e disponibili. May 25, 2017 #### Wunderschöne Wohnung, toller Blick, freundliche Vermieter Wir waren Mitte Mai 2017 in der Wohnung von Roberto in Someraro am Lago Maggiore. Es war wunderschön. Der Blick auf den See ist wunderschön und die Wohnung hat sogar zwei große Balkone. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig und ist voll ausgestattet. Der Vermieter Roberto ist sehr freundlich und spricht gutes Englisch. Es verlief alles reibungslos. Hinsichtlich der Lage der Wohnung ist zu bedenken, dass sie nicht in der Stadt liegt, sondern in einem kleinen Dorf den Berg hoch. Man hat also seine Ruhe und einen tollen Ausblick, es gibt aber nur ein fußläufig erreichbares Restaurant für alles andere ist man auf das Auto angewiesen. Das war für uns aber okay. ##### Felix S.
