As other reviews have mentioned, the unit could use a deep cleaning as well as some basic repairs, like patching and painting leaks, or hanging more hooks for towels. « Great spot, very convenient for Mardi Gras fun. This canal facing unit is a clean, comfortable modern and spacious 2 bedroom home with great view of St Claude bridge from patio. Our group enjoyed the secure covered parking, clean working elevators and secure well lit lobby. Inside the unit the beds and sofa were very comfortable, the rest of the furniture seemed robust and everything smelled fresh. « Could use one additional cooking pot. We have that same Keurig Coffee pot and the middle button on the one in the condo didn't even make a 1/2 cup of coffee as the one at our home does. Not sure if it needs a good cleaning or replacement. Other than that, the condo was good. That was our 2nd time staying in The Claudette. »
