Townhouse is located in a private courtyard with only 8 units total with ample private and guest parking (free).

Features include: heated floors and waterfall shower in master bathroom, a private office space, smart TV, outdoor fire table, king size mattress with foam topper and a Vitamix blender ;)

Main floor features a unique, wood feature wall.

There is a private courtyard for kids to play in that’s safely away from traffic and visible from indoor windows.

All appliances are brand new.
