My son and I were “stuck” in NYC for 2 nights due to the global internet fiasco. With literally no reasonably priced rooms with more than 1 bed, I used filters to drill down and found Pod. What a cool place!!! The location could not be better for the walking tourist, and the concept is genius. What a fantastic use of space and a focus on cleanliness. If I ever find myself in NYC, I won’t be looking for a place to stay, I’ll be staying at Pod.

We only stayed one night but the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and quite spacious. The breakfast was a nice touch and all you need to start your day in NYC. We will definitely stay here again.

Easily walkable to/from Penn Station, Times Square etc. Staff were great, friendly and always willing to help. My only minor issue was the hotel is on a street that did not LOOK all that safe, it was dark and had some sketchy looking individuals. However I do want to stress that at no point was I worried something might occur, just be aware that it appears to look scarier than it is. We are spending another night in NYC after our cruise and I was hoping to stay here again, but unfortunately...

We loved our stay at the CitizenM so much. We were treated with goodness and kindness by all the staff, and the signature aroma that you smell and ambiance when you walk in, is amazing!!! Everything we needed was near by, subway access, great restaurants, theatres and the exciting spectacle of Time Square. We would like to go to other CitizenM locations in the future. Central location and large room. Easy access to subway and citi bikes. Appreciated the mini fridge and good AC. Front desk staff were very helpful throughout the whole stay and went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in midtown.

I just loved this place! So charming! Clean and welcoming! Everything walkable : metro stations, restaurants. Such a beautiful area! Parking is so easy to find. I parked my car all week with no problem, since I was using public transportation.
