OUTSIDE: Bikes (Adult size-2) provided all year round for a quick ride to downtown breweries, restaurants, and shopping.

Large private patio featuring a hot tub with jets and waterfall to unwind in at the end of the day.
Please note the hot tub is not operated from May-August due to humid NC temperatures and low usage.
There is a large outdoor fit pit area with Adirondack chairs. Perfect for making s'mores or just enjoying the privacy and quiet of the large backyard. There is also a full size corn hole provided.

INSIDE: All conveniences of home provided included fresh, clean linens and towels; pots and pans and cooking utensils; coffee maker and filters; basic seasonings; wine glasses; plates, etc.

The kitchen is wide and convenient, featuring a gas stove, with the dining room off to the side. The kitchen leaders into the sun filled living area, with ample seating and a large big screen tv. There is a separate sitting area with a gas fireplace with a selection of board games provided. Cable TV is provided in the living room with smart TVs in each bedroom.

With only one floor and no stairs required - all of the bedrooms are easily accessible. One of the bedrooms is complete with its own private bathroom with a large shower/tub. All of the bedrooms have queen size beds, full closets, and fresh, clean linens. The two other bedrooms share a full size bathroom with shower/tub.

There is a laundry room complete with washer and dryer for use located off of the kitchen.

THINGS TO DO: Southern Pines is known for several large and popular golf courses, as well as local events (including the upcoming US Open in neighboring Pinehurst). Downtown Southern Pines (within walking distance) is known for some of the area's best restaurants, as well as several local breweries and tap rooms, shopping, theatre, and convenience to the local Amtrak station.
