We went there for check-in exactly at the right time given from the hotel and couldn‘t find it under the address. No sign, no bell, nobody picked up the phone for 30 min. We called Expedia. "I read the mixed reviews and chose Macaw Guesthouse anyway - I am glad that I did. It was a reasonable option in expensive New York City and it was as described. Charming hosts who went out of their way to welcome me and ensure that I was comfortable. Short walk to transportation options and dining options nearby. Highly recommend and would stay again. "
