« We enjoyed our stay. It was very walkable and close to a lot of things including Broadway shows. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is it could use some updates. The couch is in rough shape and have multiple stains, the outlets were loose and the plugs kept falling out. "What is fantastic about this hotel is the location. Right in the heart of the theatre district and so easy to get to/back from the shows (all within walking distance). However, this is a hotel in need of a major refurbishment. The rooms are run down, everything is in dear need for a refurbishment. If you just need a place to stay for a couple of nights while you do a Broadway Marathon, this hotel does the job (it's run down, not dirty). Also, did not appreciate to be charged 5 USD by the bell captain to hold an Amazon package that had been delivered ahead of my arrival. Not great client service"
