"Very friendly staff, cute and small but clean and comfortable. Best mattress in a hotel, of course we were in bunk beds but affordable and walking distance to everything NYC. "

"Traffic noise was a problem even on 9th floor. Room was well appointed but would be small for 2 people- but this is not uncommon in New York. Elevators were extremely slow. Terrace bar was good."

"We were very disappointed in our experience, and the unpleasant staff. When I checked out I told the desk clerk that I was unhappy with my stay, and he just looked at me and handed me my receipt. Will be leaving a review on yelp."

"Staff wasn’t too helpful or very nice. Good location. Clean and comfortable room. They charged us a destination fee. We were supposed to get 17.50 in credit per day for food in their restaurant . Breakfast was 45.00 each. So, we chose a couple coffees and went on our way. They didn’t charge the room for the coffee, so we couldn’t use the credit, so ended up paying 17.50 for two coffees. Quite the racket. Don’t think we will stay there again."
