Your cozy getaway awaits in New York at this amazing apartment. This serene space is a studio apartment with a futon sofa bed and a very comfortable queen bed next to each other in the same room. A bathroom with a bathtub-shower combo and hair dryer is included for your convenience. Guests can enjoy the private outdoor space for eating, working, or lounging outdoors and getting some fresh air when the weather is nice.  
  
Located just steps from Cooper Union and in the heart of the East Village, the apartment is surrounded by some of the city's most iconic culture, dining, and nightlife.
