« Nous sommes restés une nuit, l’accueil était parfait (une jeune femme blonde et sa collègue avec un masque), une caution de 35$ est demandée. La chambre était propre, le lit grand et confortable! Nous avons eu deux petits problèmes: j’avais contacté l’hôtel pour assurer le transfert mais sans réponse après 24h nous avons finalement dû prendre un Uber à 10$ pour 2 min… Et l’eau pour la douche la première nuit n’était pas chaude malgré l’intervention rapide du technicien mais le lendemain c’était...

"Nous avons passé un séjour absolument extraordinaire dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre était spacieuse, calme, très confortable et parfaitement chauffée. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et de grande qualité , un vrai plaisir chaque matin. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, à seulement quelques minutes en métro de quasiment tous les lieux incontournables de New York, ce qui est un énorme avantage pour visiter la ville facilement. En résumé, tout était vraiment parfait ! Nous recommanderons votre établissement sans la moindre hésitation à nos amis et à toute personne souhaitant découvrir New York dans les meilleures conditions. Encore un grand merci pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme."

"Rien à dire sur la propreté de l’établissement, les chambres etc… les chambres sont petite , mais à New York difficile de trouver plus grand. Le personnel est réactif sympa et hyper hyper agréable ! Petit déjeuner hyper sympa ! Waffle , jus , œuf etc… je vous conseil vraiment cette hôtel ! "
