(1,866 reviews) Located directly off Times Square, it’s perfect for walking to just about anything. Safe to say that it’s an approx 10 minute walk to Broadway, 15 min to Central Park and there are always Ubers close. Everyone is so kind during our stays and we did get to finally do the rooftop tour of the hotel which was just beautiful. The only thing I would improve are the beds, if you need a soft bed and pillows, these are not for you. The valets are great as well, and they have to somehow cram your car into a parking garage so be sure to tip them accordingly!! Left airport border crossing only to check in late with two kids and have to go through metal detectors. Old rooms, need some updating. Staff was amazing, only thing that would keep me coming back if I had to. Beds were terrible, squeaky and not comfortable. The golf room was nice.
