This was our families first time on a beach vacation and it was perfect! The pool was amazing and the beach access is wonderful. I loved not getting in my car for anything! Highly recommend staying the condo with a family of 5 it really felt like a home away from home.

The access to the back was good. The staff at the land shark restaurant were very good and attentive, and the food was very good. Our first room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting. We asked to change rooms, and the second room was much better. The noise level coming from people in the hall and doors shutting interrupted our sleep and was annoying. The walkways around the front of the hotel was full of trash, like it hadn’t been picked up in quite some time. If we go back to south Padre island, we would stay somewhere else.

We stayed on a 2 bedroom condo , the only thing that we did not like is that there was no housekeeping included, in order for someone to clean the room there was an extra charge that was to expensive. We have stayed in other resorts with condo options and this service is included. You should consider this. Overall very nice hotel and great service .
