Idéal pour un couple . Très bien situé avec un supermarché au pied de l'immeuble ainsi que l'arrêt du vaporetto. Grande tranquillité le soir et le matin car Murano est très paisible à partir de 17 h 30 l'AM et jusqu'à 9 heures le matin. Cela n'empêche pas de relier Venise très rapidement avec les vaporettos très nombreux à Murano.
