"Excellent facility in a challenging location"

"The only downside is that the breakfast truck didn't come and the coffee was pretty bad. I think improving the coffee would go a long way. The bed was comfy and the pillows were better than some, but still - It would be nice to have one pillow that's softer and flatter. I only stayed one night so I really can't speak to the area."

"We got delayed crossing into the US from Canada. We didn’t arrive to the hotel until almost 3:30 in the morning. The night time attendant was kind and courteous and helped us get checked in quickly so we could get to bed after traveling all day. The rooms are a little outdated but as clean as can be expected. The shower was nice and hot and the bed was very comfortable. If we ever pass through here again we will definitely spend the night at this hotel!"

"Everything was great phoned to see about early arrival said the room type we booked wasn’t available yet but they would call when it was ready and it was within about 1/2 hour Food at the restaurant was excellent menu had a smaller selection than advertised on website but great staff and place to eat "

"The room was 110% better than the one on Oswego Rd in Liverpool.. The outer property could use a little TLC ...Over All - Nice/Clean rooms for the price. Will use them again... Plus - When parking your vehicle ,you can back right up to your room door on and AWESOME LOCATION - To Thru way and Restaurants...The bed was so comfortable enough I sleep for the first time in a 7 day stay in the area .."
