« Très belle résidence hôtelière dans bâtisse victorienne près de Dean Village à visiter. Accueil très sympathique et personnel à l'écoute. "Hôtel moderne, très bien placé. La baignoire est dangereuse (glissante et trop haute). L'accueil est impersonnel, mais les chambres sont bien. Pas d'air climatisé, mais ils nous ont fourni 2 ventilateurs que nous avons mis au pied de nos lits."

"Très bon séjour chez vous, accueil très agréable et arrangeant, le déjeuner très copieux. Vous êtes aux petits oignons avec votre clientèle et ça c'est très bien. Juste un point d'amélioration nous avons eu chaud la nuit 28 degré en moyenne et la télé dommage qu'il n'y ai pas les accès aux applications comme Netflix, youtube, amazon prime et Disney. Nous n'étions pas là pour regarder la télé mais ça aurait été un plus le reste fut très bien. Bien placé pas loin de tout a faire a pied et ça c'est très agréable."
