Do not book without reading this!
Staying here ruined our vacation. The Smokey mountains in the fall shouldn’t be seen from stressed and tired eyes. It’s a shame too, the cabin is adorable. The bed CAN NOT be slept on (mentioned in several other reviews) unless you are used to sleeping on rocks. The other option? A futon that doesn’t fold all the way flat, or the floor. The worst part was Paul (local Vacasa manager) calling us and promising us a FULL refund to convince us to stay then sending us about 15% and disappearing from the all lines of communication. Several hours (not an exaggeration) of hold time later we were put into a call loop that never got resolved. Book at your own risk, just know where you stay matters. If you come across any issues here they will not be resolved.

Perfect weekend getaway!
We had a great trip, cabin was cozy and perfect size for two people. Location was perfect—near activities, hikes, and restaurants. Cabin was clean and the hot tub and view were amazing! Would definitely love to stay again!

Comfy but...
The overall stay was nice. The only "complaint" was that there were large black ants throughout the cabin (floor, wall, bed, counter).

Overall cleanliness needed work. Hottub was disgusting. Had ants everywhere. Wifi was horrible. Would not connect and once it did connect it would be so slow you couldnt even watch tv. No cell reception at all. Not great forsure. Will not go back.
