"We recently stayed at this condo with close friends. The balcony overlooking the ocean was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise and sunset daily. We really enjoyed being able to snorkel right off the property, even though the current could be strong at times. It was the perfect place to spend quality time and create lasting memories."

"The property was as depicted in the pictures. The location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown, grocery store across the street and a big one 2 blocks away, easy to get a cab and fun to watch the cruise ships dock. Pool area is great. Good snorkeling in front of the property but be cautious of the waves crashing on the rocks and the current. I would not recommend it for novice swimmers. We would stay at the property again."

"Three in suite bedrooms. Everything we needed for our family to get together from the States. Grocery/General Store directly across the street. Taxi service anytime hailed by the porter. The entire area is very walkable and safe. Good snorkeling off the dock, tons of sea life on an old pier reef marked by an orange buoy. Pool was great. Never saw more than a dozen or so people. Everyone was so friendly. Would rent again!"

"This apartment was a great base from which to explore Cozumel. You have a secure locked courtyard with a small pool for relaxing, and the apartment has 2 heat pumps to make life comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped and there are larger grocery stores as well as several authentic Mexican restaurants a short walk away. Communication with the owner and caretaker was excellent. Great value!"
