I chose this hotel expecting comfort, good service, and basic hospitality—but it failed on every level. The room was poorly maintained, with clear signs of neglect. Cleanliness was far from acceptable, and it felt like nobody cared enough to fix or improve anything. The service was just as bad—slow, and disorganized. On top of that, the overall atmosphere was chaotic and unprofessional. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating experience that last only a few hours as my wife and I decided to walk away from this place and make a reservation in another hotel, last minute. For the price they charge, the value is absolutely not there. There are many better options in Cozumel. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the location is close to downtown but far enough away that the area is very quiet. The property is beautiful, and you just basically step to the ocean. Loved the ocean platform, pools, jacuzzi, and so cool that anywhere you are, you have stunning ocean view! Food in both restaurants were delicious gourmet. All staff at the restaurants were amazingly nice. We stayed at the Hotel B side that is older and needs some room improvement. Hotel Unique side looks nicer but it’s for adults only.
