Wonderful get away and ambiance. Staff, location, grounds, facilities, food, history were all wonderful. The "tourbillon" was great - even on a chilly rainy day. Two minor issues Getting the propane heaters going would help. There is little adequate light for bedside reading in the room.

A wonderful place for a getaway in the Laurentians. The staff are wonderful and the food is amazing. The rooms in the newly renovated annex building are clean and very spacious.

The Inn is absolutely beautiful but the lasting impression is from the staff who not only provide impeccable service but provide it with such care and kindness. In addition to the outstanding service, you can look forward to fabulous French food. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, hiking trails, Hamman sauna and massages at the spa.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful with everything. The spa(jacuzzi) was so nice especially because they wasn’t a lot of people so it was very peaceful. Also the room was clean and very cute.

A wonderful place, old manor with amazing open spaces, fireplace to stay by, etc. Wonderful green area around the manor, and the hot spa and Turkish sauna, a must! The French fine dining is a plus, too!

Best welcome I’ve ever had. Beautiful grounds and rooms rustic but with a modern touch ( heated floor in the bathroom were a true surprise) : very comfortable bed with the best bedding and comforter ( local purchase on top of it) I’ve ever used. Close to city but far enough to feel secluded. Will go again!

The historical building and grounds are very nice. Expected more from a Relais Chateaux. Could have better service re help with luggage at arrival.No one greeting customers at the door most of the time. dining menu is very expensive for what you get. No sand on parking lot which was covered with ice at the time. All in all not up to the Relais Chateau we are used to.

What an incredibly beautiful place to stay! It’s like being in your own manor house. The staff go above and beyond, the grounds are beautiful and the heated pool and hammam were a wonderful bonus in mid-October. The the view from the dining room, sitting in front of a fireplace - I could go on and on.
