We like the location of this property as it is close to Domaine Saint-Bernard and St Jovit and also only a few minutes to the tourist village. The outdoor hot tub was quite enjoyable. However, the place is a bit run down with many amenities closed (gym machines out of service, bar and restaurant closed, indoor pool / hottub out of service etc.) The room wasn't super clean with some garbage left over from prior guests and dirty old joint laying on the balcony . Remote control was missing for the TV and reported to front desk with no one following up to rectify. Very limited services, no phone in the room. Our biggest complaint however was the temperature of the room. We couldn't get the room below 24 C, despite having the sliding door open and it being -10 out. This made for a very unformfortable night with little sleep as we enjoy a cooler temperature. Also, the place is very loud as the rooms over look the hot tub and pool area. The back bedroom is way too hot at over 30 c with door closed and if you turn the fan on it sounds like a jet engine.

The pools were closed for repairs and have been since Covid. We were not interested in using the pools so that did not matter to us. We were interested in using the hot tub and it was operational, so we were happy about that. The bar has been closed since the start of Covid. It would have been nice if it was opened but it was not a great inconvenience.

Nice boutique hotel very close to Mount Tremblant village. Property has outdoor jacuzzi. The room was clean and comfortable. Family suit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
