The condition of suite needs updating. Ex. The faucet of the vanity was leaking keeping us up all night and the handle shower head was broken. Disappointing when you pay more for a superior room!!

The photos online do not do the property and experience justice. We had a lovely three nights here - Most of the staff were lovely, the hot tub was the perfect temperature, breakfast was easy, and the location is perfect. It felt very cozy, which is exactly what we needed. Merci à tous pour un séjour parfait!

The Classic King Executive that I stayed in with my daughter was super clean, the continental breakfast was great too. However, the room was really hot when we arrived which was quickly resolved with a few minutes of the door opened and the fan on. I rated middle for the environmentally friendly due to the 26 celsius degrees temperature. This was quickly turned down to 22-23. Besides that a perfect stay!
